Return and Exchange Policy
If
you are not satisfied for any reason you may return new and unused items in the
original box with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or store credit
less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. We do not offer
refunds. Special orders are
not eligible for return. In order to receive store credit, all merchandise
must posses the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers.
Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their
return policy. We will be happy to provide any assistance you may need
with returns to the manufacturer. All returns must be insured and
postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name and address on the outside
of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip.
Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. There are no returns or credit
available on pre-spooled line. SammyFisher.com reserves the right to refuse
the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns
or if the product has been used. In addition, we will not accept orders from
customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase.

contact
customerservice@sammyfisher.com for return authorization before shipping
anything back to us for store credit. Items returned to us without prior
approval will be returned to sender.
Shipping Information
We are here to provide you the best customer
service possible with extremely fast shipping and the most accurate shipping
charges.
Most orders ship within 24 hours after check out. If you are a customer
inside the United States and you have not received your order within 3-5
business days please contact customer service to inquire about your order
because your order may have issues.
All orders are shipped with UPS or
United States Postal Service whichever is most cost effective.
If you check
out after 3pm or on weekends and holidays your order in most cases will ship on the next
business day. Orders placed during Christmas season and peak fishing season may
delay your order. If you have any questions regarding an
order please contact
CustomerService@SammyFisher.com. If an item is out of stock, or an issue has
occurred, you will be
contacted within 24-48 hours in most cases.
International Shipping:
We ship world wide to our
customers, however, Express shipping with tracking is required on all
international orders over $40 and Registered Shipping is required on most
international orders over $20 please see International orders below for more
details. We will contact all international customers for additional
postage within 2-4 business days via email with additional postage amount.
We are not
responsible for your order once it leaves our warehouse therefore insurance
through Express or Registered mail is required. If your order for some
reason does not arrive please let us know so we can track your package through
the postal service. We will be happy to provide you with proof of
shipping upon request. We will provide you with copy of shipping receipt,
location item was shipped to, and date and time order was shipped.
Customs Fees
International orders
over a certain amount are held in that countries customs office and sometimes
additional import taxes are due. We recommend that if you are an
international customer purchase under the amount specified by your country to
avoid Customs delays and additional taxes on your imported items. We are
not responsible for any customs fees or other charges.
Privacy Policy
We do not share any information
about your transaction with anyone. We may use your information to notify
you of future sales, discounts or clearance items. If you would like be
removed from our mailing list we will be happy to do so upon request.
