Q: Do I need window film if I
have insulated double pane windows in my home?
A:
94% of the homes and commercial buildings we install window film on are double pane insulated
windows. Unfortunately the builder does not pay your power bill
therefore this is one location the builder can cut some corners.
Vinyl low e windows are the best. However, film is also recommended
to ensure the 99.9% UV protection and to obtain maximum heat reduction.
Q: What form of payment
do you accept?
A: We prefer check
but we also accept most major credit cards.
Q: What happens if
I have an issue with the installation?
A: We will
immediately schedule an appointment to inspect the issue that you may have
and either repair or cover the installation under warranty based upon the
inspection results. All our installations come with a 10 year to
lifetime warranty on residential installations, 5-15 year warranty on
commercial installations and we have over 25 years of installation
experience. Therefore, the chances of you have any issues is highly
unlikely. If you think you have an issue with your film installation
please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q: Can I receive a
refund after an installation?
A: All sales
are final. We do not offer refunds after any window film
installation. Window film cannot be restocked and resold once
installed therefore our service, installation, and product cannot be
refunded. When film is purchased from us it is custom cut for our
customer so we do not offer refunds on any window film purchases for self
install or professional installation All sales are final upon
installation or delivery.
